Forge mod not working on forge server (1.19.2)

I have server with friends and im trying to get the mod äd_astra-1.19.2-1.12.7" on it.

but when ever i try to run the server i get the following error:

Does anyone know what i can do so i can use this mod on my server!?

and whenever i delete the mod from the folder and try to join the server again i get the folowing message from minecraft:

"The server is missing the following mods, remove these mods from your client to join this server"

and then its shows the Ad_astra mod

Whenever downloading Java 17 did you add it to path? And have you restarted your computer since installing Java 17, both of these things could impact whether the server is actually able to realize that Java 17 has been installed.

      Do you have shaders enabled? There is an issue with the mod simpleclouds - remove this mod or disable shaders, if enabled

      Maybe you need to create file in assets/<modid>/items/<itemname>.json with content like this:   { "model": { "type": "minecraft:model", "model": "modname:item/itemname" } }
