[1.6.4] Need help with Wavefront models

Hello! I am currently working on a mod where i want to add new Armor rendered in 3D using the new Wafront model stuff. I am currently having 1 issue:

How would i go about adding a wavefront object to the childlist of another object

(in my case i want to child my object to bipedLeftArm)

in my understanding you can't with the default importer do that as they are different objects.

The addChild expects a part and not a obj model as an argument.

Oh ok. I tried to understand how Modular Power Suits does it, but i just didnt get it Thanks anyways!
