eclipse problems - what run configuration to choose?

when I hit run I get this window, what am I supposed to run to get my mod to open in minecraft?

 

also when I try to add a recipie, I get a red x, is that normal? It doesn't say it's an error

 

here is what it says when I hover over the x:

Multiple markers at this line
- Syntax error on tokens, ConstructorHeaderName expected instead
- Syntax error on token "(", delete this token
