1.16.5 Server refuses to start

So I not so long ago bought a server on apex hosting. Everything was going more or less fine until today the server refuses to start. I tried loading up a backup from the day ago but it still wouldn't start.

Go to the server's config folder and delete the majruszs-difficulty-common.toml file

Restart the server
