1.20.1 Crash after punching Grass

The game crashed whilst exception in server tick loop Error: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: 'net.minecraft.world.level.material.Material net.minecraft.world.level.block.state.BlockState.m_60767_()'

I Don't have OptiFine installed currently, thought I'd mention that since I've seen the server tick loop be solved by deleting OptiFine ^

turns out it crashes with breaking any block not just grass
