Help installing forge. Getting Fatal Error

Hey guys, I stalled forge and it gave me an error report, after looking online, I downloaded all of the files necessary such as scala. It is still crashing. Here is the report. Please help!  :'( Thanks in advance.

Read EAQ

Unfortunately, I could not find the solution on the EAQ. I am still getting the same error and I tried to download fmllibsml16 folder and I placed it in the .minecraft. Minecraft still doesn't work. I am definitely using the right version too. Please tell me how to fix this. Thank you.

You want fmllibsmc15.zip. Read the EAQ again.
