1.20.1 Two mods having loading errors

Game keeps on telling me two of these mods aren't loading correctly they were working perfectly fine before, but when I reset my computer because of an audio error happening with my computer it suddenly stopped working.

Create: Steam 'n' Rails: com.electronwill.nightconfig.core.io.ParsingException: Not enough data available

Moonlight Library: java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError: null

Delete the moonlight-client.toml file in your config folder

Same for the config of Steam_Rails
