[1.5.2] There was a fatal error starting up minecraft and FML HELP!!!

Alright guys I would like to thank you in advance for your help.

Recently I decided that I wanted to make my own personal modpack that I could play on. I have planned out my personal modpack and found out all mods I am using are most likely compatible with each other. So when I go into my roaming folder, inside my .minecraft folder there is a bin instead of versions like in the new launcher. The reason why I decided to use the old launcher is because when I use the new launcher with installing Forger through the installer and then install Optifine it would just crash. I tried the new launcher with the normal universal technique by opening the 1.5.2 versions jar and dragging everything in the 1.5.2 Forge Universal into the Jar as well. That sadly didn't work because when I would start up Minecraft Forge environment wouldn't pop up and when in the Minecraft main menu there wouldn't be a Mods tab. So now I am trying to install 1.5.2 Forge without the installer on the old Minecraft launcher because when I would try to use the Forge installer it would say something about there being no versions file which only comes from the new launcher. Yes I did delete the META-INF first, then dragged in Forge and left the Forge META-INF folder there. Then when I install Forge Universal by dragging it into the Minecraft.jar file from the bin folder the Forge environment pops up but after a while an error pops up saying "There was a fatal error starting up minecraft and FML". It also said to check out this file called "ForgeModLoader-client-0". So I did but understood none of it at all. Here is what the file says.
