Cannot run Forge installation?

Hi everyone, I'm really confused at the moment because my Forge is not working. I am using the latest version of Forge.

 

Every time I click "Install Client," the installation starts to load but I get an error that says, "These libraries failed to download. Try again. org.scala-lang:scala-library:2. 10.2, org.scala-lang:scala-compiler:2. 10.2" I looked on these forums and found what was supposed to be a solution but now I get an error that says, "These libraries failed to download. Try again. org.scala-lang:scale-compiler:2. 10.2"

 

Can anyone help me?!
