I set up jdk and eclipse correctly and tried to run install.cmd in mcp/forge but its gives me a "system cannot find the path specified error" I am using the latest forge with a clean 1.3.2 jar and i did everything according to parts 1 and 2 of this tutorial

I dont know what i did wrong and i would really appreciate some help.
