minecraft 1.20.1 crashes with forge optifine

i was playing forge modded singleplayer server then i added optifine to mods but it crashed with optifine is there anything to do without deleting optifine

    Lowering some of OptiFine's settings or disabling certain features can sometimes prevent crashes.
