Hey guys. First of all: Sorry for my stupid question.

 

I just want to make a mod wich i can controll mobs. I searched for hours but i only find plugins qwq i want it for forge 1.19.2

So here are my questions:

 

1. Is it possible to create such a mod?

2. Is there an exsisting mod that im missing because im blind af? :D
