Files Cannot Be Downloaded 404 Not Found - 1.5.1

These Files Links Are Invalid When I Try To Download Them

1) bcprov-jdk15on-148.jar

2) scala-library.jar

I need these files so I can play the mod/adventure map TheLegendOfNotch

NOTE- Yes I typed them in the browser right, I triple checked. Can I please get an alternative link.
