1.19.2 Crash when mining blocks that requires pickaxe with pickaxe

Whenever I try mining a block that requires a pickaxe to mine with a pickaxe, it crashes

Steps to reproduce:

1. Grab any pickaxe

2. Find a stone-like block that requires a pickaxe to break

3. Try to mine it
