1.20.1 Minecraft error code 1

Hello!

So, this problem has troubled me for years since the 1.20 version, the update of Forge Loader on Minecraft. I can launch my vanilla game, but when I installed Forge, the game crashed and showed error code 1. I also tried other non-official launchers, such as AT launcher, and it shows the error code 1. EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at pc=0x00007ffd3b152b60, pid=1572, tid=13176 here is crash report.
