Datapack Error while trying to Port world to 1.20.1

Hey folks,

i'm currently trying to port my server to 1.20.1. Sadly i had to remove a few mods since they aren't or won't be updated to 1.20.1. I already tried fixing the datapacks with nbtexplorer in the level.dat. Trying to use my existing world throws these errors:
