Installer of forge and neoforge does not open

Suddenly the installer stopped working, both forge and neoforge, I've tested it on almost all versions of java and it didn't solve my problem.]

Here is the log that appears after trying to open the file:

If anyone knows how to solve this please tell me.

Same error is happing for more people, seems to be a bigger issue.

This is a known issue caused by Mojang abruptly removing one of their domain names. A fix is underway.

We only support Forge on the Forge forums.

Download a fresh copy of the installer and it should be fixed.

It's done this way so that you're not forced to update to the very latest Forge and MC version just to be able to install Forge.
