Installer of forge and neoforge does not open

Suddenly the installer stopped working, both forge and neoforge, I've tested it on almost all versions of java and it didn't solve my problem.]

Here is the log that appears after trying to open the file:

    This is a known issue caused by Mojang abruptly removing one of their domain names. A fix is underway.
