ATM9 server crashing during chunk pregeneration.

Hi all,  I'm trying to pregenerate chunks in a 3000 block radius of spawn on my ATM9 server with chunky.  It's happened about 5 times now that it gets stuck on waiting for world stats and refuses to continue generating chunks.  Wondering if anyone had a similar experience and was able to help.  Here is the crash report from the server https://pastebin.com/119zMj4q

It says Lootr is the suspect mod, and I've also found threads saying that this is a ftbchunks problem.  After removing the ftb chunks folder my server no longer starts at all.

 

Any help is much appreciated.

Update, Here is another crash report.  Server will not even start now even if I try to make a new world.  Strange.

Maybe try another server/client build of this modpack
