after connection server kicks and says

Internal Exception io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: Badly compressed packet - size of 2 is below server threshold of 512

i dont know whats the problem. i tried to delete some mods, update versions etc

My friend keeps getting disconnected from our Forge Server

It is, but that is mainly to set up configs per player, I think. I don't believe it is messing chest inventories. I can try to remove that one tho and see if it fixes anything.

After doing a bit of testing, it seems like every time that they were kicked out, they had taken something out of a chest, then it gives them this error “Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.util.zip.DataFormatException: invalid distance too far back”
