Mods are not loading into game

I'm sorry if this has been asked before but I cant see the mods after I load the game through the vanilla launcher. 

Forge seems to be working fine, I see the mod when I manually open the folder but the mod is not visible in the in-game. The mod I am using is mutant creatures from curseforge.
