1.20.1 My default textures and sounds changed to older versions of the game; how can i fix it? (1.20.1-47.2.0)

It happened suddenly to me and a friend and we don't know how to fix it

Blocks like the lava, the "UGH" sound, the door sound, etc.

Go to the resourcepacks screen in the game and disable the "Programmer Art" resources
