anytime i use it and hit submit it says page expired due to inactivitiy im not stoppoing for more then 30 sec

Some kind of rendering issue - do you have an Nvidia or AMD/ATI GPU?

Press WindowsKey + R and type

msinfo or msinfo32

 

Press Enter

Go to Components - Display

There the GPU should be mentioned

I have intel(r) hD graphics 4600

It is just an onboard GPU

So maybe you are using a mod which is not compatible - related to rendering

Start with removing the mod Indigo

 

It's on a server that I don't own

Remove it from your client

Just to make sure it's like where I launch the game from forge to join the server?

I haven't unfortunately, Ive looked online and some say use sodium or something to disable it but when I used other renderers it didn't work
