Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.util.zip.DataFormatException: incorrect header check

I Need help. I tried many things with a Developer from this server and we just dont know what to do. No one rn can find the error. 
I Get kicked very often from a specific server with bc of this Exception. Does someone know the Reason?

This usually happens when you connected to the internet via Wi-Fi instead of LAN

Wi-Fi has a 5GHz and 2.5GHz network - so if you are not able to use a cable, try the other GHz network option (happens with 2.5, fixed with 5)

I'm having the same error message repeatedly, but at random times. The biggest difference is that its my own server which I'm connecting to via the loopback address.  I'm also connected to my router via cable and I have 1Gig speeds up and down.
