sorry but i think aternos dont have that option

What modpack do you use and how much RAM do you have there?

Maybe the modpack is too large for the given RAM

I play Medieval Minecraft Modpack and I assigned 8gb of ram to my minecraft

Does the Server also have 8 GB?
