Whenever i try to open minecraft forge I can't open Minecraft Forge on any version newer than 1.12.2. I keep getting an error message that says exit code 1 . Can someone please help me troubleshoot this? 

1. My graphics driver and windows are updated

2. fabric works still

3. My worlds are deleted

4. i have no mods in my mods folder plz can someone help me
