I can't play my mod server

I have a server with some mods added. It sometimes gave little errors, as lag or sudden crashes, but I ignored it as my server is from Aternos and as it is free, the quality of the server is poor.

However, I tried to play today, but is IMPOSSIBLE. It takes so much time to start the server, and when I get in, the games get laggy and it kicks me out. 

I think some mods are the ones causing problems, but I don't know which of them. Can anyone help?
