Lag even though I have good FPS, help

Experiencing block breaking delay (i think its tps lag) on my singleplayer modded minecraft. Help pls

I ran observable, but i don't understand it very well, what is causing this lag? I have a low end pc, and got around 40 fps with shaders, but what really bothers me is entity and block breaking delay, if someone could help me, I'm trying to move from fabric to forge because of some mods, but it is really annoying.
