server TC, Create, and Immersive engineering blocks swapped after placement on private server only

On a private server, the blocks from the mentioned mods (Tinkers construct, Immersive engineering, Create) are swapped with other blocks from those mods. This occurred after updating the server's mods. The problem only applies to me and multiple other players don't have the same issue I do.  I have a link to an unlisted YouTube video from my perspective below.

Maybe a mod is breaking the IDs - mods like JEI or similar

I tried both updating and removing JEI, the problem persists.

Then it refers to another mod - I have no idea which one
