what is dfs mod i can't find it and i can't use the forge version caz it keeps saying my gpu is out of data but it is not

i just setup the forge project with eclipse, i followed the instructions but everytime i try to run the client in eclipse i just keep getting "Exception in thread "main" com.electronwill.nightconfig.core.io.ParsingException: Invalid bare key: ${mod_id}". i've filled out the 'gradle.properties' file correctly, i have tried everything i found online to resolve this but there isn't much information about fixing this other than the other post about this but that didn't work for me either. what am i doing wrong? -

supplementaries mod was the issue, case closed. -
Hi, I downloaded Forge 51.0.21 along with Dynamic Lights 1.21.1 - and deleted all old mods. The game shows both Forge and the Dynamic Lights when I load the game as mod options, but the Dynamic Lights do not work. Any suggestions?
