Caused by: java.nio.file.FileSystemException: 
\curseforge\minecraft\Instances\All in One [Modded One Block]\config\immersiveengineering-client.toml: 
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

Restart your system - if there is no change, delete the immersiveengineering-client.toml
