[1.18.2] How do I add the enchant glint onto a new item without actually enchanting it.

All I want is for a simple item I have added, which has no uses other then crafting and give it the enchant glint effect like the netherstar.

    after a little more digging around I've figured it out on my own, I needed to use the isFoil method and it worked perfectly.
