Game crash when opening Inventory in Creative

So yeah, as the title says, im having an issue with my game.

I did put the Crash report under this post.

This happened while playing multiplayer.

In singleplayer it took like 3 minutes of loading and a frozen screen, but then it worked without the crash.

After rejoining multiplayer trying to open it again it 

It would be awesome if i could get some help solving it.

I honestly don't think, that thermal is the problem as mentioned in the detailed walktrough of the error.
