Strange trouble with minecraftforge-9.11.1.965

I am running minecraftforge-9.11.1.965 and Forge Mod Loader version 6.4.49.965 for Minecraft 1.6.4 with buildcraft-A-1.6.4-4.2.1 and LogisticsPipes-MC1.6.4-0.7.4.dev.92 mods in the mods folder. When I use the Mojang Launcher 1.3.8, I get the single player/multiplayer screen with the versions of Forge and FML in the bottom left corner with the mods installed and open a world in creative mode I do have access to the mods blocks...

 

When I try to add Zan's Minimap Version zanMap164h, I get this error and I return to the launcher.

Now when I run MagicLauncher 1.2.5 and run the same minecraft jar file from the versions folder I get the standard "Minecraft 1.6.4" in the bottom left corner. When I load the same map in creative mode I do not have access to the mods blocks. If I add Zan's Minimap Version zanMap164h in Magiclauncher's setup window and no other entries in the window and then start Minecraft, minimap is working but the other two mods are not.

 

I started the process by deleating the complete .mincraft folder and using the Mojang launcher to create the fresh install, I ran minecraft to have it create all needed files and folders. I downloaded the minecraftforge-installer-1.6.4-9.11.1.953.jar and run it, clicked install. Run minecraft so Forge could create the files and folders needed. I added the

buildcraft-A-1.6.4-4.2.1 and LogisticsPipes-MC1.6.4-0.7.4.dev.92 to the mods folder and they work ok. I copied the versions 1.6.4 folder and followed the steps needed to install Zan's Minimap.

 

I.E. opened minecraft jar file delete the meta data folder and opened Zan's Minimap Version zanMap164h and copied the contents into the minecraft jar file. When I ran the Mojang launcher I launcher would close then after a few secs it would open again waiting to press play again. with the above log file...
