Unknown_303 Posted October 15, 2024 Posted October 15, 2024 I am trying to use a Mod I developed as an API, but I have no idea how. I do not intend to have it download from the internet or anything like other really popular APIs, just use a Jar file. The only tutorials I have been able to find have been really old, from 2014 or earlier. Does anyone know how to do this? Quote
Jonathing Posted October 16, 2024 Posted October 16, 2024 If you're using gradle, it's as simple as declaring a directory to be a repository. repositories { flatDir { dirs 'libs' } } dependencies { implementation name: 'my-jar-file-1.0.0' } I've seen some newer threads online do it like this though: dependencies { implementation files('libs/my-jar-file-1.0.0.jar') } There are a lot of Gradle threads online that walk through how to do this. I recommend finding some more for yourself if these don't work. Quote
Unknown_303 Posted October 16, 2024 Author Posted October 16, 2024 I tried implementation name, but gradle is telling be I should be using implementation fg.deobf(), but how would I do that? Quote
