10054 errno when running install.cmd plestill need help

I ran the install.cmd file and while it was installing I kept getting these 10054 errno errors. Does anyone know how to fix these? Does it have anything to do with my computer or settings or am I doing something wrong? please help. No help? Really? Still need help
