the forge file wont show the logo and says its only openable with notepad, opera gx, wordpad, and media player

idk how to show a screenshot with a url, but i have the forge file on desktop, and its just a paper folded in the corner and not the forge logo and i cant open it and go to the installer

game changed the way you create foods.
for example minecraft 1.21.8 code for the golden apple is
