where did you guys learn to program in java i already know basic java but i want to step my game up i was wondering if anyone could link me to some good java tutorials

This isnt the place for non-forge related questions. This is for people who know java but need help with modding. If you want java tutorials, do some research with google.

From experience. I just jumped into modding, learning java as I went. To be fair I had a lot of background with other languages.

Honestly, JAVA is the third/fourth language that I've learned, so the resources that I've used to learn it might not be as effective to you as they were for me. Either way, here are a couple links that I've found to be helpful:

That being said, I went through the entire Udacity course, and then watched a couple videos from TheNewBoston playlist.
