Conditional mob spawning hook

Hi,

 

I'd like to request a hook in the spawner animals java to allow conditional spawning.  Something like the ability water mobs have with getCanSpawnHere().  It would be incredibly useful for the mod i'm working on. 

 

Some point after line 271.  Adding a boolean that could let me stop a spawn from happening depending on light level/altitude
