Data folder doesnt work for mod updated to 1.21.4

I updated my mod to 1.21.4 (or at least one set of blocks) and i was able to get the mod to work but for some reason anything within the data folder (tags, recipe and loot table) doesnt seem to work, even tho nothing changed in the vanilla files and the added blocks have the same id as before... i need help figuring out what the issue is.

I am kinda new to modding (more of an rp artist) so dont be too harsh on me :D
