Why does my sword and other tools not work, not show up, or start tweaking when held in hand? Seems to be enchanted things only

Also, enchanted a previous unaffected tool and once enchanted it had the same problem.

I don’t want me friends to be like “I don’t wanna play anymore” cause their enchanted tools doesn’t work 😭😭
