In some cases, it is possible to remove the Immersive Portals entries from the level.dat

Check the level.dat with an NBT Editor:

and remove Immersive Portals related lines

  So I just noticed near the top of the log it says "Launched instance in offline mode", does that mean it is bypassing Minecraft account authentication? If so, that is probably the issue.
