Modded Minecraft crashes when I click on singleplayer help. : )

I created a modded Minecraft modpack on CurseForge that includes 337 mods. Everything runs smoothly until I click the "Singleplayer" button, at which point the game crashes. I've tried several troubleshooting steps, including installing Java 21, disabling performance mods, disabling regular mods, and deleting the config and options.txt files, but nothing seems to work. ctov and lithostitched are conflicting - remove ctov
