So, I tried to run the Forge for 1.7.2, but obviously, it says that you need to have run minecraft 1.7.2 at least once. I haven't, because I just purchased the game, after the release of 1.7.4.

 

So, in order to get to run the 1.7.2 forge, or use mods for 1.6.4, can I download older versions of Minecraft anywhere, or am I going to have to wait for forge to come out to 1.7.4? (If It will come out to 1.7.4, that is, I don't know if that's the plan, or if the forge will come for 1.8 instead and skip 1.7.4)

 

Sorry if people ask this all the time, I looked through the forum for a bit and couldn't find anything. Thanks for your help.
