My server is crashing with mods I don't have or with the right version

So I put some mods in an aternos server and I made sure that everything is the right version, but the server crashes with this error:

These are not working:

Immersive Aircraft
origins-forge-1.20.1-1.10.0.9-all.jar
Sophisticated Core
ModernFix
the_bumblezone
arsdelight
Scaling Health
CraftTweaker
moonlight

Scaling Health for example is client-side-only

Other mods may be incompatible with bukkit/arclightserver

Oh ok, but I need most of the mods here, so is the only option removing them?

Maybe create a test server and start with these plugins and add these one by one

I removed ServerCore and that fixed the errors from these mods but I still have some errors
