Overworld settings missing on every world i make

Every world I create loads fine the first time, but after I save and quit and try to rejoin, I get "Errors in currently selected data packs prevented the world from loading." Clicking Safe Mode gives "This world contains invalid or corrupted save data."

The error is always the same. Overworld settign missing

This happens on every single new world I create.
