1.6.2 Moving GUI's

How hard is it going to be for me to move the Health, Armor, Bubbles GUI and add in new GUI which include thirst and mana, and stanima? Also where would i start with this?

I thought the best place to start would be hunger, but i can't find what class/package hunger is under anyone know?

You would probably have to use ASM core mods to inject what you need changing that is the best way without base edits, or you could try reflection, it might make performance decrease when your mod is installed btw.
