How to make recipes contain NBT data in forge 1.20.1?

For a detailed explanation, I'm making a mod that is going to have craft-able Enchanted Books (among many other things).

I want to be able to craft books in a crafting table, but I can't seem to either

1) Hardcode an item to be enchanted a certain way. I can only get it to "be enchanted" with a glimmer effect.

or

2) Add NBT data to crafting recipes, as this functionality was only natively supported by Minecraft in 1.20.5 (if i'm remember the version number correctly)


If anyone could assist with this it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
