When you die and meet god are you going to ask for /gamemode survival  or  /gamemode creative or  /gamemode adventure ?

Do you think god will give you ops right away or will you have to gain his trust?

Being given OP would be only on a trust basis, you must first prove you can handle the responsibility. The only way to do this would be to observe how you interact with other players.

 

So I don't think you would be given OP just by asking.
