Herobrine Mod incompatibility

Okay... The Herobrine mod works perfectly fine with normal Modloader, but does not with Forge's 4.0.0.243 modloader.

What happens: I simply create a new world and I have the files loaded via Minecraft Magic Launcher. (I took the liberty of extracting the manual installation and plugging all the files that are to be injected via the minecraft.jar, and slid them into a .zip file). The world initializes but then, on an offchance, Herobrine may spawn and one of the "entities" will crash it. Modloader from Risugami, on the other hand, doesn't crash.
